How to prepare to meet us for a design project

We suggest that you consider the following issues before meeting with us, to ensure an efficient start for your design project.

Purpose

1. How will this project be used? 
2. Who will the target audience be? 
3. What is the duration of the project's use? (Short-term or long-term?)

Organization

1. What is the main objective of your organization?
2. How would you like your organization to be perceived by means of this project? 
3. What unique or important feature does your organization offer its audience?
4. Does your organization have a theme or logo that you would like to use in this project?

Logistics Quantity

How many of this item do you need to have produced?

Tip: The more you produce, the less expensive the production is per item.

Budget: Present your budget limitations or expectations.

What to bring with you

1. Bring text that will appear in the project as a "text only" document on a writable CD. 
2. Bring any photographs or soft image that you are considering for use in the project.
3. Alternative, we may be able to provide all what you need (with proper description) but with few charges.
4. Other things that is not metioned here but  necessary.
